April Dumpling Special: Fried chicken is one of those universally appreciated foods. We were so excited when Chef Deuki Hong opened his Korean fried chicken spot, Sunday Bird, in San Fran but sad for ourselves because we couldn't try it. For the month of April, we're in luck because he'll be sharing his Sunday Fried Chicken with us at Mimi Cheng's. Chunks of juicy organic chicken, marinated in a scallion ginger sauce, quick-fried and served with Korean rice cakes and a gochujang sauce. Available in-store only.
