We are happy to be able to work with people with the same values as us, prioritizing the dignity of both the livestock and the farmers, and have proudly partnered with purveyors like Fleisher's Craft Butchery here in Brooklyn. Our pork is pasture-raised on a small, sustainable farm in upstate Kingston, New York. Our organic chicken is raised on small family farms in Sullivan County, NY.  All of the animals have never been given antibiotics or hormones.

At the heart of our core values is to cultivate each season's best produce and the highest quality ingredients that we can find. We believe that eating organic and local food is the best medicine that we can give our bodies and that it's important to know about growing techniques. Eating local also helps strengthen the very community that we live in, maximize the freshness and nutritional value of our food, and minimize our carbon footprint.

October Special Dumplings

Our October Dumpling Special is part of our Sister Series, which showcases some of our favorite sisters and their own family recipes. This month's special is a collaboration with the Sowlaty sisters, Tara of How You Glow and Roxy of Sowlaty Interiors. Mama Moji shows us how to make Persian Meatballs from scratch. Juicy pasture-raised beef gets rolled with turmeric, fresh herbs, yellow split peas, basmati, and dried plums. Topped with tomato sauce simmered with saffron and spices, yogurt, mint, and crispy shallots. Available at both locations.

The special is not available online or on postmates because they sell out at different times each day.
